This is a 1920x1080 UI designed for minimal eye drift between key elements in the healing role. WIthin easy view around your character are:

• Target Castbar
• (know what your target is doing)
• Operations Frame (easy clicking)
• Your castbar and your primary action bar (Easy CD checks)

Beneath the primary action bar is a smaller scale set of buttons for the "silly stuff" such as quick travel, emergency fleet passes, etc. Just under your character and your target frames are two other action bars. I personally tend to swap out keybindings based on where I'm at.

Everything else is designed to maximize view options so that it's easy to see the fire you shouldn't step in and make AOE placement easy. I've considered moving the operation frames out of their location to get a little more viewing spae, but after ten years of healing UIs, this is where I find them the most comfortable to reach.
