I covered up my character portrait with the target portrait, because I already know what my character looks like. I use this to interface to heal, tank, and DPS with 4 different characters and I find it works really well.

I've received feedback from several DPS players that they like to move or turn off the operations frames, which can easily be done using the UI editor.

If you're interested in creating 2 chat windows simply pull a tab out of your existing chat window and move it to the right side - if you do this it and minimize it, the 2nd chat window will cover up three of the small buttons on the right side of quickbar four (at 1920x1080 resolution) to me this isn't a problem, because everything is hot-keyed.
