Problem with Prime X layout

Ok, this is a really long shot for such an old layout and no people forums but....I'm a new player and I really like the Prime X layout (on General Purpose). Everything fits and scales correctly. The problem is that, whenn using it, the windows (inventory, character, etc) ingame become unmovable. THey appear on a fixed position and can't be moved. As soon as I change the layout, everything is fine again. Does anybody know why and if there's a solution?.

Go into Interface Editor with the layout you want to use selected and click Enable Movable Secondary Window, then save.

Edit: Yes, I'm surely late for this thread by a wide margin. Just writing a response for those that might find this thread through google.
